A.O.H. Bible Institute Mission Statement

AOH Bible Institute exists to provide advanced training in Biblical and doctrinal studies, ministry

skills and leadership skills so pastors and lay leaders may be prepared and equipped to do the
“Work of Ministry.”

Dr. Larnie J. White

National Dean 

Dr Larnie White has over 40 years in the ministry. He has served as a professor in three different Bible Colleges. He served as Pastor of the AOH Christian Center, Carson, CA, Co-Pastor of Community AOH Church of Compton, CA, Pastor of Guiding Light AOH Church, Los Angeles, CA, and Pastor of St. Peter AOH Church, Los Angeles, CA. He served as Overseer of Districts 14, 15, and 26, and Assistant Director of Foreign Missions in the AOH Church of God. He holds a B.A. from Bethune-Cookman University, matriculated for two years at the Interdenominational Theological Center, M.Div., D.Min., and Ph.D. from Friends International Christian University. He has been National Dean since 2002. He has always had a passion for advanced training for ministers, pastors and anyone aspiring to teach or preach the word of God. You will often hear him say. "if a medical doctor, who deals with the natural body, has to go to school, and a lawyer, who deals with natural laws, has to go to school, then certainly those who teach and preach the Gospel, which deals with the spiritual body and spiritual laws, must go to school."

 
Dr. Helen D. White

National Registrar

Dr Helen White has over 10 years in the banking industry, over 20 years in the legal industry, and over 40 years in the ministry.  She is an ordained Elder, served as Assistant Pastor, Workshop Dean, and Vice President of the National Women's Convention in the AOH Church of God. She holds a Bachelor of Biblical Studies degree from Friends International Christian University and a Doctor of Divinity Degree from the Pentecostal Bible College.

Dr. Elaine Jackson

National Alumni President

Dr Elaine Jackson has a career as a Management & Budget Analyst with the Water Reclamation District in Chicago, IL.  She is an ordained Elder and serves in the AOH Church of God in Champaigne, IL. She is the National Assistant Dean over the AOHBI Satellite Center in Chicago, IL. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, a Masters Degree in Public Administration, and a Doctor of Religious Education Degree from Friends International Christian University. 

Rev. Margaret Walker

National Education President

Rev. Margaret Walker has over 40 years in the nursing industry.  She is an ordained Elder and Assistant Pastor in the AOH Church of God in Atlanta, GA.  She holds a Bachelor in Biblical Studies Degree from Friends International Christian University.

Bishop Lawrence Williams

National Education Director

Bishop Lawrence Williams has over 50 years in ministry. He started his first church while serving in the military in South Korea. He settled in Seattle, WA. after his stint in the military and birthed Faith Assembly AOH Church. He served as Overseer of Districts 14, 15, and 26 for 15 years. He was consecrated Bishop in 2002. Bishop Williams received his degree from Seattle Pacific University in the field of Christian Education, with an emphasis in Church Administration and Bible Studies. He has been employed by the public school system for the past three plus years. He received an Honorary Doctorate of Divinity in 1983. He presently serves on the Executive Board of the A.O.H. Church of God, Inc. for the past nineteen plus years. He has served on the National Trustee Board for over fifteen years. He was appointed the Assistant Presider of the AOH Church of God in June, 2015.
